Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
This policy explains how Pluranett Incorporated handles personal information collected through this website. It does not replace a notice given inside a product.
Who this policy covers
This policy is issued by Pluranett Incorporated, Canada. It applies to pluranett.com and to personal information the company collects through this website, including the contact form.
Pluranett Incorporated designs, builds, and publishes its own products. Calspire is one of those products. Information collected inside a product is described by that product. For Calspire, that description is on calspire.com. Pluranett Incorporated remains the company responsible for personal information it collects.
Use of this website is also covered by our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or organization, if you provide one
- The reason you selected for contacting us
- Subject and message
- Your confirmation that we may use that information to reply
The form includes a field that is hidden from visitors and used only to detect automated submissions. We do not use that field as contact information.
Like most websites, our host may also keep technical logs needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. This website does not ask you to create an account and does not take payment.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not include sensitive personal, health, or financial information in a message to us. If you do, we will use it only as needed to reply and to handle the message, and we will delete it when it is no longer required for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries sent to the company
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website
- To keep a record of a conversation you started
- To detect abuse of the contact form
- To meet a legal obligation if one applies
We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not make automated decisions about you from a visit to this website. A message is read by the company so that a person can reply.
Consent
We ask for your consent on the contact form before we use what you submit to reply. You may withdraw that consent by writing to support@pluranett.com. Withdrawal does not undo a reply already sent, and we may keep a limited record where the law allows or requires it, including a record of the request itself.
We rely on the contact details you give us. If they are wrong, tell us and we will correct them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tool. The host may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver or secure the site. If analytics or any other non-essential cookie is added later, this policy will be updated before it is used.
Service providers
The website may rely on:
- A website hosting provider, to serve the site and keep operational logs
- An email delivery provider, to send contact-form messages to our inbox
Those providers may store or transmit information outside Canada. They may use it only to perform services for us. Information handled outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that place.
Messages sent through the contact form are intended for support@pluranett.com. If email delivery is not available, the form says so and asks you to email us directly. The site will not tell you a message was sent when it was not.
Product websites we operate, including calspire.com, belong to Pluranett Incorporated. Other websites we link to have their own practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to reply, to keep a record of the conversation, and for a limited time afterward if we need to follow up. We delete or de-identify that correspondence when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Technical logs are kept for the period our website host retains them to operate and protect the site.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a corporate website, including access limited to people who need the information to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not describe this site as certified to a named security standard.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask us what contact information we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we must keep a record. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. Send the request to support@pluranett.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy commissioner that has authority over the matter. For many private-sector matters in Canada, that office is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This corporate website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the contact form. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date under the title will change when we do. The updated policy applies from that date.
